The season of Autumn invites us to root down, attune to our senses, and bring calm to the nervous system. This sound journey is an opportunity to ground and restore, to  remember, and to listen for what most needs tending. Together we’ll focus on the root chakra through gentle movement and vocal sounding, awakening stability, belonging, and deep connection with the earth.

Maia will guide you through a restorative hour-long sound bath with her voice, crystal and Himalayan bowls, drums, chimes, tuning forks, and other grounding instruments, inviting you to return to your center feeling relaxed, nourished, and rooted in.
