Join me for a restorative, heart-nourishing sound bath journey. You’ll be guided through an hour of soothing sound and vibration with my voice, the gong, singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, and other sound healing instruments, inviting you to soften, receive, and attune to the frequency of gratitude and flow.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort as well as water or tea.
